This Semiautomatic Steel brush strip press was developed because some steel brush strips are of such low order quantity to fully celebrate the fully automatic production line. This press still makes is possible to server these orders and make it less labor intens, faster and saver. The only manual proces needed to compleet a brush is laying the materiaal and pressing a button. After the press of the button the strip will be formed and pushed out with one smooth movement of the main hydraulic cylinder on top. all and all a fun solo project.

The LMDA-200 (LAARMANN de-agglomerator) is a laboratory machine which is suitable for de-agglomerating and sifting materials fast and efficient.
A de-agglomeration machine is crucial in laboratory and industrial settings to break up all types of lumps allowing the operator to separate valuable sample from polluting secondary materials.
The LMDA-200 will not only de-agglomerate the sample using the specially designed segmented brush, it will also create a uniform particle size due to the presence of the (exchangeable) bottom sieve.

For this project i got task to design a new interior for a VW Bus to convert it from a cargo van to a Shuttle Bus.
The main difficulty of this project was to keep it inside all the rules set by the EU regarding people safety and vehicle mass
This project passed all the safety test and has successfully been delivered to the client
This was a project from my education where i set my self the challenge to design a drone under 50 grams.
For this project we had 10 days. Final drone came in at 38 grams with a fully FPV capable setup. Battery time +-5min
Components where mounted on a small carbon-fiber frame, protected by 3D printed guards
I also had to program the drone my self and got some functions working like:
Self leveling, looping on demand, and Rocket launch (Full power to the motors for a rocket like take off. [Drained battery in 30 seconds so no safe landing])
For this project I worked with Wellcoll & EV europe to Convert a OLD VW Bug to a EV.
My main goal was to make sure the EV Parts could be mounted. So I made Boxes for the Lithium cells, and mounting parts for the EV Motor and all other parts. When My Internship ended we where just ready to start building the EV Parts in so I sadly did not see the Finished Product.
